My name is Nelson Castillo I am 63 years old and with my wife and our dog. I never imagine that I would be writing a letter like this asking for urgent help has always been one of the hardest things for me to do. I have always been the person helping other people.today. I am asking helpfor my heart transplant and needed to help to raise money for medical expenses, traveling bills, rent, gas and keeping  afloat before and after my surgery so I will have a speedy recovery on my transplant today I am asking for help not because I have given up, but because I am fighting to whether this reaches you personally I am grateful for the opportunity to share with everyone. I remain hopeful. I remain faithful, and I remain to keep fighting with gratitude.
