I was recently diagnosed with Idiopathic Hypersomnia (IH), a medical condition that significantly impacted my ability to maintain a consistent work schedule while undergoing treatment adjustments. Despite requesting reasonable accommodations, I was terminated from my position under circumstances that I believe did not comply with ADA protections. As I actively pursue new employment and continue stabilizing my health, I am seeking temporary financial assistance to support basic living expenses during this transition period.
