 I have to pay out of pocket for Medicare Advantage($110 per month) and pay out of pocket for all medications and specialist. I needed to have two shoulder replacements and one knee replacement 2 years ago, but can't afford to do them.

I am morbidly obese and want to lose weight using Wegovy weight loss pills, but out of pocket they will cost $1500.00 per month. I can barely pay for my high blood pressure medications, high cholesterol medication, and my bipolar medications. (Sometimes I have to go a month without them until I raise up enough money).

On yesterday my Primary physician said I need to see a hematologist because I will need to do iron transfusions for at least (6) months.
