I have recently been diagnosed with a chronic disease that has no cure.. I have been going through severe health issues for a very long time as a result of this condition . My physician has tried everything possible to get me some relief from the daily excruciating pain and sickness.        Unfortunately nothing has been successful.       I now have to have a couple surgeries and procedures.     There is no surgeon here locally that can do these surgeries,  so I have to go to INDIANAPOLIS   to the.                                        IU HEALTH HOSPITAL. and the specialist there will be doing my surgeries and I will be admitted  in the hospital afterwards for recovery.                I will have to do this a couple of times because they are doing the surgeries and procedures at different times.      I then will have to go to Indianapolis for my medical treatments and continuing care.    I will have to see the.               IU HEALTH SPECIALIST going forward for my chronic disease.  

My only income is Social Security Disability.  Which is a small amount on monthly checks. 

This is why I am praying and asking for HELP from you.  I am asking for donations for me to be able to.    buy food and pay for hotels when needed and for me to have transportation.  for all of this.                                                                  I don't have the means to be able to get all of this care that I have to have in Indianapolis.   Without help from others.

 I have no choice but to go to Indianapolis,   Because this is where my specialist is and my local physicians here can not do these surgeries and procedures.  I am begging for help that I desperately need to be able to make all of this possible and successful with as less stress and troubles as possibly can be, given the situation I am in. 

Unfortunately, I do not have a vehicle at this time or the means to purchase one. This is going to make all of this difficult and challenging.         I am praying that  I can raise enough funds to be able to purchase a vehicle.  I am hoping to buy a older vehicle , I don't care what kind of condition the  body of it is.  I'm just trying to buy something that will make it back and forth Indianapolis .
