If you know Susie, you know how she loves helping others enhance, elevate, and enrich their lives. She is the kind of person who shows up. 

Whether she is being a devoted mother to her two sons and daughter, a loving wife of 29 years to her husband, Dan, or who finds joy in keeping her family connected, Susie has always been someone who gives, serves, and loves. 

In her professional life—as a dental hygienist, natural wellness coach, dance fitness instructor, and admin for her family’s business—she has a passion for impacting others and making a difference. Two years ago, Susie and her family moved here from Colorado and have embraced the Clark Fork, Hope, and Sandpoint communities with open hearts. They have built meaningful friendships and become a part of their lives.

Now, during this difficult and unexpected change of season, Susie is the one who could use the love, prayers, and support of her friends, family, and community.

Unfortunately her cancer is back. Susie is facing a recurrence of breast cancer and, with upcoming surgeries and immunotherapy treatments, she has a long road ahead. Unfortunately, her insurance coverage is expected to cover only about half of her medical expenses. Along with the financial burden of treatment, her time away from work during recovery will create additional challenges for her and her family.

Yet, through it all, Susie remains full of faith. She trusts that God will guide her through each step of this journey, and she believes she will come through this season fully healed and restored.
