This is the face of an invisible disability. I smile. I live my life. I move about. But people don't realize that without dialysis 4x a day,7 days a week, I would die. They don't see the pain my body's been thru, the chronic fatigue, how treatment completely drains me, robbing precious time out of my day because it knocks me out for hours... they don't see how my body looks from the multiple surgeries and hospital stays I've had or how I can't work full time anymore. People don't know that a lot of the foods that are healthy for YOU can hurt or kill ME. People don't realize I can't just get up and go... how I have to miss out on family events And the only way to get off dialysis is a kidney transplant (which you don't know how long it'll last) or a miracle. There is no reversing stage 5 kidney failure. It's for life. I'm thankful that I don't look like what I been thru. If you find it in your ❤️ to get tested to be a kidney donor.
I am blood type O Negative💚
