Hello my name is Edward Sandoval In 2019 I was diagnosed with ALS also known as Lou Gehrig's disease or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. ALS is a nervous system disease that weakens muscles and impacts physical function and is normally 100% fatal without treatment.
