My name is Alicia Navarro I am updating this today because as of today not only is my mom going thought chemo my father was just diagnosed with bladder cancer. Everything else is the some it will be going to help pay bills till the end of the month and the move. Also for gas to take them to all there appointments. So we help more now than ever. I am doing this for my mom, Anita Powers, age 69, mom, grandmother, and mom to a furry baby, who has been diagnosed with stage three rectal cancer on August 15, 2024. After insurance problems, she was able to start chemo on January 28, 2025, but the copayments are just too much. Also, the traveling time from California to Nevada and then to Arizona for treatment, and the time off I must take to be able to take her to and from chemo treatment, has put financial hardship on both homes. We think it is best for her and my dad, whose health is not good as well, that they should move with us to California, but to do that we need to build a room onto the house. The money will be used for co-payments, moving expenses, and to help build the room for them. Anything will help and will be very appreciated.
