My name is Charlotte. Recently Houston was hit with hurricane Beryl, in which I am still trying to recover from. My vehicle was one of the many that was lost in the high flood waters, so I'm asking for help, now as I have to work early 6 a m hours, and I am an older woman afraid to be out by myself.
