We’re happy to share a hopeful update: My mom is awake and talking. This is a huge step forward and something we’ve all been praying for. Her strength continues to amaze us.

At the same time, she still has a long road to recovery ahead. There will be many more medical challenges, treatments, and healing milestones to reach. Your continued support—whether through donations or simply keeping her in your thoughts—means more than you know.
