Stephanie Kump & Richard C Schleig are currently managing their daughter Chelena Starr medical and financial needs. Chelena is a 31 year old female from Council Bluffs, Iowa, 

Chelena went into the hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on September 25th with diagnosis of Pneumonia which she was admitted.

Over the past 50 days (Today, Nov. 15th, 2023), Chelen has been diagnosed with Pneumonia - Respiratory Failure and Critical Illness Disease. Chelena has undergone, sedation, intubation (life support), blood work, intravenous feeding, bedsores, undergone biopsies and transferred to a different hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, where they performed Tracheotomy to remove her from intubation (life support) and remove sedation.

On November 3rd, 2023 Chelena was strong enough to be placed in a wheel chair and go outside to enjoy the Autumn air. She has a long road of physical therapy ahead of her.

Asking for help is not something anyone likes to do but

Stephanie and Richard's family needs help.

These medical bills are going to be expensive and the physical therapy will be an ongoing expense.
