My dad's diagnosis of Alzheimer's has quickly taken a drastic turn that now makes it necessary that he must enter memory care. This is very difficult as we are watching a once strong and viable man rapidly reduced to being unable to fully care for himself as this disease ravages his mind and body.

We have had to painfully make the decision to move my dad to memory care so that he may be well cared for and comfortable with the time he has left. Any help you can offer would help pay for his moving expenses and to pay for the first two months of his memory care while we get his finances situated to continue to pay for the services he will receive in the future.
