YOUR DONATION IS URGENTLY NEEDED FOR MY HERNIA SURGERY 

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

My name is Gabriel Tonwuru, an anointed  and a servant of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.

I have been residing in the streets as a homeless street preacher for straight 11 years now.

I began in 0ctober 2020, posting on facebook, the true visions and prophecies given to the endtime prophets and messengers by our LORD; and also teaching the mysteries of the gospel, that our Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit taught me and several  other anointed prophets, whom the Lord Jesus hid away in various places  all over the world.

THE REASON I AM MAKING THIS FUNDRAISER:

ENLARGED HERNIA

I am in tremendous pain right now, because my hernia has grown in size, since it first manifested in January 2022.

And beginning in the month of May 2024, l have been experiencing serious abdominal pain, which now manifests itself every two or three days.

HOSPITAL APPOINTMENT

On June 27, 2024, I went for my appointment to the surgeon Dr Jin Soo Yoo, at the Duke regional hospital in Durham North Carolina: and he examined my hernia, and told me that the Duke Regional hospital will be able to do the operation; and he said that l should make preparation for proper accommodation, because l will need it as soon as the surgery is done.

And he said that the surgery can be done within 2 to 4 weeks from June 27, 2024; because my hernia has grown large in size. 

AFTER SURGERY ACCOMMODATION

Dr Jin Soo Yoo advised me to contact my social services worker so she can make an arrangement for my accommodation, where l will be able to rest properly in a clean and quiet housing facility after the surgery.

Dr Jin Soo Yoo also advised that l should have someone to pickup my medication and do my other necessary errands.

Most surgeons recommend that the full recovery time after surgery is normally between 4 to 6 weeks.

Now the shelters are not recommended for hernia surgery patients, because hernia surgery patients should have proper rest; be careful to get up from sleeping or sitting positions, and take their time to move around; have a clean room, and also a very clean bathroom for bathing, in order to prevent infection.

The healthcare for the homeless, is the clinic where I'm currently being attended to, for my hernia.

My primary Doctor's name is Nicole Leigh Helmke, and she is wonderful and very helpful to me. She is even helping to see that l have a comfortable accommodation, after the intended surgery.

SOCIAL WORKER

My case worker's name is Charita, K. McCollers, a licensed social worker at the Health care for the Homeless Clinic; and she is also very helpful, in trying to find a suitable accomodation for me.

I HAVE A COPAY MEDICARE COVERAGE 

My medicare insurance plan is covered by AETNA, and the plan name is Bronze 4.

A calculation of the projected cost of all expenses is now estimated at about $7,000.00 dollars.
