Hello i am a 32 year old mom of 1 with stage 5 kidney failure, type 1 diabetes, bone diease, and autoimmune disease i am waiting on the call for a transplant and im trying to raise money for my after stay which i will have to stay in a hotel for up to 3 weeks anything would help me and i would be greatly appreciative! thank you!
