On Past Friday while sitting in long line at Canes Chicken with dogs my sons truck caught on fire.  By time the people in line could move it and the fire dept came it was burning pretty hard. Fire says it was short in driver headlight which melted.  For 3 days I have been trying to get a price to start a fundraiser but not much response.  1 said $2500-3000. But I’m not sure so going with lower amount as was told he will need hoses, tools and other stuff as well. 
He is self employed, does construction , drywall, framing etc.  work has been slow as seems to be getting low balled by new people lately and so struggling to pay rent and take care of animals and self.  He helps with rescue help as he can. He has 3 dogs all old now and 7 cats, he fed for years, got fixed, and took the 3 times he’s moved and live inside now. 

This is an urgent emergency as he has no way to get to work till it’s fixed. He’s been taking bus to get  the wiring and stuff.    I’m in assisted living and no help and sister has 3 kids and helps as she can . 
if he can’t fix this mess he can’t work. If he can’t work he will be evicted. He will lose everything and dogs and cats will suffer too. 
 

Please, I’m begging you if you can give anything at all to help keep a roof over his and these animals where they been since babies, any amount will help.  This is a true emergency of personal significance.

im sorry I have to even do this but I have no other options at this point . He is in deep despair and we are all stressed as to what will happen if we can’t get help .

This can be verified calling Canes at 7thSt and Indian School rd. Evening shit. Thanks to everyone who help get truck out of line and kind people who put the dogs in car with A/C, they were terrified.
