I am Stacy. I am currently facing eviction, if I don’t pay my rental property by Dec 10th. I put my trust into family member to pay my rent as I would travel for work. Me being away made it very hard for me to pay my rent on time . My rental property does not have online rent payment so I put my trust in a family member to do so. I received an email in November regarding non payment for rent and dating back to months. I called the office immediately and was told no rent has been paid since May. I was advised to call that family member and involve law enforcement. Then I received a 30 day notice and I don’t know what to do. I applied for rental assistance, but I am currently waiting for a response. I am doing everything I can to resolve this situation and prevent eviction. Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.
