I am a hard worker, currently being treated at home for health issues. This past February 11th, I was airlifted to Anchorage after suffering an Nstemi heart attack. Two days later I had a pacer and 7 stents placed in my heart. Over the course of 12 days, I had 4 total surgeries, ranging from the pacer placement to having my home dialysis catheter untangled from my intestines and re-positioned.

I am a Type 1 diabetic, insulin dependant and have been for 53 years now. The diabetes resulted in my kidneys not working, to a double bypass heart surgery. 

I have always been a hard worker at our local hospital, so reaching out for help is a big step. I am currently out of time off, running out of FMLA and have not been placed on disability. My options are very limited right now, as I can't go back to work if and when at all.
