About this fundraiser

Hi, I went from working 90+ hours a week to now being unable to work due to having End Stage Renal Disease. This has caused great hardship on my family as disibility does not provide enough money to cover are monthly bills. I have recieved eviction notices and a notice that my electricty will be disconnected. Please help in any way you can
