For over a year, a knee injury has kept me out of work. Two surgeries in four months haven't fixed it, and another might be necessary. The wait to see a doctor was brutal - six months without work, forcing me to sell things just to buy Christmas presents for my kids.
Right now, I'm struggling to pay bills, put food on the table, and keep a roof over my head.  This money would be a lifesaver. It would help me catch up on bills, buy groceries, and cover upcoming medical costs until I'm healthy enough to work again.
