It would mean the world to me if i could be close to family. I live alone was given 6-12 months, the doctors dont think ill make it waiting on donor. So my hopes are to move to Noth Dakota so i can spend the remainder of my life with my babies. I have no car no funds, and would be extremely grateful for any donations to help me get moved. I hope to find a new doctor there. My only wish as of now is to be by family to help me through all of this. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for any help and prayers.
