This dog was left tied to a tree and owners moved out. He was found three days later from the next door neighbor. They have been reported to authorities. He needs some vet work to get healthy again and I will foster and or adopt him. I cannot take him to a shelter he already cries if I am not in sight and he's only been here an hour.This is my first time asking for help ,I would be so appreciative and post all receipts and updates from the vet.Thank you from “Mikey the Border Collie”
