Seeking help to support Nelly’s life long medications due to a kidney transplant 6 years ago. Nelly is a brave fighter who used to have dialysis at age 8 and was fortunate to get a new kidney. Despite this blessing Nelly has and will continue to have extensive treatment and complications due to Chronic Kidney Disease. Thank you for any help. Have a blessed day
