My name is David and my wife Anita needs eyesight saving cataract surgery. Our insurance paid a small part so we have to come up with $4500 which has to be paid up front before the doctor will even do the surgery. Our grandson Gavin is so worried about his mimmy that he calls her everyday to check on her. His mimmy told him that the worst thing about losing her eyesight is that she would not see his handsome face anymore which brought tears to his eyes. He is only 12 years old and he found the Give A Hand website and asked me to help him set it up. This little boy has done lost his daddy and his other grandma so he has been through a lot and he just wants to help his mimmy so we appreciate any help we can get.
