About this fundraiser

Please help me afford my diabetic medication. I was prescribed Mounjaro after trying numerous other meds that didn't help lower my A1C. We pay so much for our health insurance, but the deductible is astronomical. Diabetes runs in my family. Both my parents are diabetics. I made it to age 37 before becoming diabetic. Without the Mounjaro, I will be forced to take meds that don't effectively control my diabetes.

I'm a SAHM to two beautiful children. My youngest has significant visual impairment from being on a ventilator in the NICU, so my days are spent caring for her. My husband works an average of 55 to 60 hours a week just so we can provide for our children.

Any money given will go towards paying full price for my medication ($1,021 for a 4 week supply) until our deductible is met and I can afford my medication again. Having my medication will mean I'll have the energy to keep up with my kids and insure that I stay healthy for them.

I know we are all struggling with something somewhere. Whatever you can give, I'll appreciate more than words can say.
