We bought our home last summer and we did a owners carry contract.  it was a desperate  fixer uper and took 6 months to clean and repair it. during that time period I found out i am facing my my second battle with breast cancer that has  now spread to my brain and spinal fluid  and there wasnt going to be a good out come this time around. my husband quite his job to take care of me after a seizure caused me to fall in the shower.  in may we found out the previouse and now   deceased owners had not paid property taxes in 4 years and the county  is going  take our home from us if we don't come up with the 7200 dollar back due tax balance. they denied us a chance to do payments and stated they need full amount. we now live off of 1300 a month ssi  with children to take care of. we need a miracle.. we need help. please help us. moving would be detrimental to my health and we worked so hard to make this a home i could be ok with leaving my family.
