I've been battling Type 2 diabetes for 10 years, a condition that recently worsened with the development of severe diabetic neuropathy and partial foot amputation. Neuropathy is a painful and chronic condition with no cure, though treatment can help manage the debilitating symptoms, such as constant pain, numbness, and balance issues.

Due to the escalating health challenges, I am now facing multiple issues:

• I'm temporarily out of work due to the emergency surgery on part of my foot being amputated, causing a loss of income.

• We are struggling to cover essential living expenses like mortgage, utilities, and groceries while waiting on a decision for disability benefits, which is a lengthy process.

• The medical bills from hospital stays, ER visits, necessary medical services, and specialized treatments not covered by insurance are piling up rapidly.

We have already spent a significant amount of our savings on care and are now at a point where we need a miracle to carry us through the coming months.
