Results of Sara's most recent PET scan reveals no new tumors or abnormal lymph nodes. PET scans can detect growths 7mm and larger, therefore, she also had a bone marrow biopsy to be examined on the molecular level. A trace amount (0.001) of a T-Cell clone or gene sequence is present; however, it is unclear and too soon to determine if this is an indication of recurrence of or a different type of lymphoma. There is a small lymph node growth or mass of tissue felt upon her physical examination, but that has since shrunk in the past month. The lymph growth and level of T-Cells will be closely observed these next couple months. At this time, Sara is still in remission!!!!

We are celebrating her strength and major progress since her bone marrow transplant on September 20th, 2023. Though she will be monitored a little more closely, all other labs were great. The journey is far from over, as she is still building up her immune system. Sara was cleared to have a dog, so immediately she rescued Bartholomew aka Barry!!!!
