Hi everyone, my name is Joyce, and I’m reaching out with a hopeful but honest heart.

I’ve been silently struggling with serious dental problems — especially my molars and premolars. They’ve caused me pain, difficulty chewing, and constant worry. Some of them need to be extracted, and others need implants to restore function and avoid long-term issues with my health.

Right now, I work full-time at McDonald’s here in Hawaii. I earn about $900 every two weeks, but with bills costing around $400 per paycheck, I’m left with barely enough to cover my basic needs — saving for dental care is just not possible.

In Hawaii, the full dental treatment would cost over $20,000. That’s why I’m planning to have the procedures done in the Philippines, where it’s more affordable (around $5,000–$8,000). Even then, it’s far beyond what I can reach on my own.

I know there are many others with their own struggles, and I never imagined I’d be in a position to ask for help. But this has been affecting not only my health but also my confidence and daily life.
