On 1 July 2024, a catergory 4 hurricane Beyrl flattened the island of Carriacou, Grenada.  Many of you have asked to help but I needed some time to get feedbacks as we had lost all forms of communication on the island.  it is known that 90% of buildings and homes on the island are destroyed living family members, friends and neighbors entirely homeless.  Our house are one of the few that survived the hurricane and is now a shelter for some of the homeless.   The desperation was heard and many from various countries and locations throughout the U.S. shipped items but it can take up to 3 - 4 weeks for deilivery.  The current situation is terrible as there are no electrical power on the Island. The funds collected will be used to purchase items such as lumber, galvanize, windows, solar lights, solar fans etc. Your assistance will help prioritize temporary shelter, water, sanitation, as well as other essentials supplies.
