I am a 23 year hemodialysis patient. I'm seeking financial help for the out of pocket costs related to a kidney transplant. Medicare pays for some of the cost, but not all of it. The financial coordinator said my out of pocket cost would be close to $30,000. That is a lot of money for a dialysis patient because most of us, including myself that can't work due to our four hours dialysis treatment.

I would be humbled to accept the help I need from friends family and anyone who can help me get a new kidney.
