Hello, my name is Kristy Small. I am ESRD (End Stage Renal Disease), I have PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease), and I am currently waiting patiently on the transplant list. I am hoping to get a little help with medical expenses and supplies that I will need to start PD (Peritoneal Dialysis), which is a home procedure instead of a treatment facility. I was hoping to avoid dialysis, but I'm afraid the time is nearing.
