Leroy was A loving Father whom has left behind 3 kids and plenty of family and loved ones. Gaining his wings is such a tragic for plenty. Leroy was kind well mannered and would help anyone needing him. A blessing he was. His tragic was unexpected and we just want to lay him to rest.
