Hi, my name is Cassie, and I’m reaching out for support as I prepare for an important medical trip to the Mayo Clinic this fall. From September 14 to 20, I’ll be traveling to Rochester, Minnesota, for appointments with the Clinical Genomics team, Internal Medicine, and Rheumatology.

I’ve been diagnosed with Turner syndrome, and this visit is a vital step in getting the answers and care I need to manage my health more effectively. I’m also currently attending college, which, combined with other medical bills, has made this trip financially challenging.

I’ve been able to cover my travel, but I need some help covering my hotel stay, which will cost $86 per night for 6 nights — a total of about $516.
