Me and my family are struggling due to my two week hospital stay and diagnosis of pulmonary sarcoidosis. I have been out of work due to my illness and have lost my position from being out of work for over a month. I didn't want to ask for assistance and am struggling with the thought of being so helpless in this matter. I sadly have many more appointments and tests. My family and I appreciate any help we can get.
