I have an incurable disease and need to seek medical attention at John's Hopkins. My Long Term Disability denied my income after 2 years since February I have not had any income. I'm nearly evicted and cant afford local doctor visits or medication. I am disabled & I have been through 2 appeals and had been denied. I'm on a third appeal however I have exhausted all government assistance and churches. Any amount will greatly help me during this difficult situation.
