I come to you all very humbly asking for assistance. After having a below the knee amputation and now a big toe amputation on my other foot, it has left me with no job and no source of income. I have applied for disability benefits and was denied. Since I was hospitalized, I missed the opportunity to appeal the decision amd habe to reapply and start over. I am currently confined to my home and in a wheelchair until I get cleared to put weight on my leg. This is embarrasing to me because I have worked since I was a teenager and do not like to birden anyone for help. Reaching this goal would help tremendously with some groceries and my past due phone bill. It is important to have my phone connected so I can keep in contact with the nurses that treat me at home for wound care. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Have a blessed day.
