Hello I am reaching out for help from anyone willing to listen to my story. All started 2 years ago. I have been in and out of the hospital going through different test. I have learned over the two years what I currently  suffering from. I will share my list with you. Im truly hoping 🙏 I can  get the help I need for my three Children ages 15, 8,& 5. I am currently on medical leave with no pay. Ive been struggling to find the right treatments and procedures. I just want to thank you for taking the time to read this. Any amount will help. Current Health Issues:

Depressive disorder

Headache 

Benign hypertension

Other allergic rhinitis

Generalized abdominal pain

Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease)

B12 Deficiency

Crohn's ileocolitis

Vitamin B deficiency

Irritable bowel syndrome

Gastroesophageal reflux disease ophagitis

Episodic tension-type headache, not intractable

Acute bilateral low back pain with left-sided sciatica

Neck muscle spasm
