Well I'm a single mom of 5 amazing kids and I'm not working at the moment due to medical reasons and my only way of going was my van and it. Broke down 6 months ago and can't be fixed I can't get me or my kids to the doctor and my 6 year old has already missed the first week of school due to not being able to go to his last appointment I just can't get on my feet alone so I'm asking please help us
