My 6 year daughter with autism and my 19 year son and I have been homeless since January when the landlord sold the house we were living in. Since then we have been living in a motel, paying $80 nightly and $550 weekly when I'm able to. The job I work has daily pay so I use that daily to pay for the room. That has fees and comes out of my paycheck so when I get paid I have nothing. My daughter is not fully potty trained and so pull ups are also an expense. My son just started working and his first pay check was able to pay for a night. I usually receive food benefits but didn't this month because I I didn't receive the renewal that was sent to my old address. I'm trying to apply for apartments but can't afford the $30 to $50 application fee. I'm really trying to make it but right now is a really bad time. We need help!!! I've always been a hardworking mother who has a stable place to live for me and my children but being told you have 30 days to move after 7 years was an unexpected blow and has left me knocked all the way down
