My dear Sister-in-law was diagnosed with Stage 2 Invasive Lobular Carcinoma on November 11, 2025. Since then she has undergone 12 rounds of Chemotherapy, which she started on December 23, 2025, with 12 more to go, then surgery and radiation. She has been working as much as she can during this time, however with the Chemo, steroids, immunotherapy and the everyday stresses of life she has not been able to work as much as she would have liked. Her husband has been working as much overtime as he can possibly get, however the medical bills are starting to take over.
I am starting this fundraiser in an effort to help alleviate some of that stress for her. She worries about the effects her cancer and lack of being able to work has on her family, which has also caused her a tremendous amount of guilt because she is unable to do all the things she once did.
Shelley is an amazing human being, she will go above and beyond to help those in need, I just want to give something back to her for everything she has ever done for me and anyone that has ever needed her help. And while I do not believe anyone deserves to go thru the fight with cancer, she is definitely someone who did not deserve to have to fight this battle. She went into this fight with a positive mindset and has continued to keep that mindset thru all of the aches, pains, hot flashes, neuropathy, upset stomachs, and everything else that comes along with all the medications.
I want to personally thank each and every one of you for your donations and for sharing this fundraiser for my un-biological sister!
