Mom of 4 Running Out of Time — Please Help Me Save Our Family’s Car Before It’s Gone

Hello, my name is Kimburlee, and I’m a single mother of four wonderful kids. Life has been extremely hard lately, and this is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to write.

We recently lost our home, and since then, I’ve been doing everything I can to keep my children safe and cared for while trying to rebuild our lives. Our only car — a Ford Expedition XLT — was towed because it became unsafe to drive and needs new tires and brakes.

That vehicle holds everything we own, and it’s now sitting in a tow yard scheduled to go to auction on October 8th, 2025. Once it’s gone, we’ll lose not only our only means of transportation, but also all of our belongings inside.

I’ve spent weeks calling and applying to charities, churches, and assistance programs for help, but every option has fallen through. I’ve been trying so hard to find a way, but now I’m out of time and out of options.

Without this car, I have no way to get my kids to school, get to work, or take them to appointments. Public transportation can only go so far — and managing it with four kids and very little income has been nearly impossible.
