On 12/08 I had to have all my toes amputated to save my left foot & for me to continue to receive the proper & necessary Skill Nursing, Wound care, PT, & OT required I must raise the necessary funds to cover the $203 daily cost to continue to receive & maintain the necessary and proper skill nursing care.
