I have what is known as Failed Back Surgery Syndrome (FBSS). However,  there is a facility outside  Tampa FL which has reviewd my MRI"s and X-rays that has a 98% record of success in correcting this condition.  

However,  they don't accept Medicare or private insurers.  It's known as The Bonati Spine Institute.

I would greatly appreciate any and all donations for this procedure.  This conditio has drasticall changed my life as far as mobility, standing or eve walkin acros a room. I just want my life back. One takes mobility and the ability to perform everyday tasks such as dressing or daily care.
