I was a victim of domestic violence and abuse. However I spent 9 months incarcerated proving my innocence once the officials got involved. My ex husband walked away with everything we owned. Now that I have been declared innocent, I am starting over and determined to re open my beauty salon and be the independent woman of God that I'm called to be. I have no money and only 1 change of clothes. I was released on August 19, 2024. My mother passed away on August 17, 2024. Since being released I have been overwhelmed with  my mothers death and feel forced to have her cremated. I'm just believing in the goodness of caring people to help me with my new start. I am 59 years old, no children, and now no parent. One of my goals is to get my salon back until and goin and begin sponsoring other women subjected to domestic violence. I hope for avenues to advocate for other hurting women.
