I wanted to reach out and ask for some assistance so that I can have a healthier life. I am a mom of two and after have 2 c sections I have struggled with my weight and it has impacted my confidence. I am having ongoing on going sharp pains and my abdominal where I was told by a doctor I also have a hernia due to c section of my children and back pains constantly, I have done everything that I can to try to pay for my surgery i even obtained a 2 nd job and I was layed off two days ago, I dont have a support system and no help I have  my surgery scheduled for November 2024 but due to losing my job I’m unsure if I would have to postpone a 2nd time, I didn’t think I would be open to asking for help but my health is a huge concern and I really want to be able to take care of the problem before it result and other issues  I will appreciate anything as far as support and this would mean the world to me and my children because I am all they have and I am very worried about what will happen if I keep prolonging Thankyou so much for listening understanding and being open to support me
