I'm coming to you because my family really needs some help. I broke my back 8 months ago and waited a long time for a crucial surgery that I just had April 14th and I still likely have a year, give or take of recovery, while I learn how to walk and hopefully recover the use of my leg. I honestly thought I could fix it myself but I'm kinda stuck here. We are very close to losing our place and our car. My husband  has had to take a significant time off for multiple trips to the hospital, my doctor's appointments and my surgery, as well as for my recovery. It has drained everything we built and all of his pto. Constantly hemorrhaging money on doctors and meds. I never thought I would be here at 45 and given that we worked so hard to get to the place we were before I was hurt. I'm at a place where I'm choosing between food, my bills and crucial post op meds. I know everyone is struggling right now so I understand if you can't help. I Love you anyway. We are about $3,000 from being okay and able to keep our place and our car. I will also make this shareable. Matt's pacheck  just is not gonna cover anything due to lack of PTO from all the missed work and I am trying to recover from surgery and am beyond stressed between my docs and everything. I honestly don't know where else to turn and it is so hard for me to ask for help. I was supposed to go back to work when I got hurt and I feel responsible for the place my family is in right now. I managed to keep the Internet on so my sweet daughter  can continue to homeschool but this is the only way I can think to help myself and my family because I'm super stuck. If you have anything even so much as a penny I would so appreciate it. We worked so hard to get here and now we could lose everything because of one check it's ridiculous.
