My mom needs assisted living with quality of life care. She has many health conditions Afib, bloodclot in heart, COPD with aspirations, mental illnesses, and was living in her van. She's 66 and stubbornly independent with 2 chiwawas on her heals 24/7. Itd be inhumane to seperate this trio. Suddenly she became weak and using up all energy to walk to bathroom, 4-5 visits to hospital in the last 2months. After the meeting with her care team the plan is Assisted living with quality of life care (HOSPICE) . She'll have her dogs, too!  

$500 by Friday, June 19th, 2026 to hold the spot, and promotional price. Normally its $2060 monthly, which is out of her range, but at $1485 monthly, she can manage it. 

$1030 by 29th to move in on July 1st, 2026.

Total $1530 for initial payment 

$1485/month starting July 1, 2026
