Autumn is 17, she is in need of a service dog due to her autism, POTS, conversion disorder called aproxia of the eye lid opening and blepharospasm which causes her to lose her vision for a time. I am her hardworking disabled mom. And I'm unable to provide this for her. I appreciate any and all help, thank you so much
