My son will receive the funds to help with a life saving PTSD and depression crisis. It is the hospitalization cost. His therapist has told me clearly that without this help he will not be able to sustain the pressures. I don't want to lose my wonderful son.  He is the kindest man who has been treated destructively and brutally by an insane ex-wife that he keeps trying to help because of their daughter and because of his big heart.  He has tried supporting her outside their home and she destroys the property, she has a litany of illegal substances that she has refused to stop taking and refuses to leave. Her manipulations have included fake suicide attempts and brutal lies to their daughter, while he works and works and crashes with nervous breakdowns. The last time he got her a separate place and was at last feeling mental and emotional safely for himself and his daughter, his ex's mother was murdered by her brother, and she was taken back in by him or protection and help, yet screams and threatens the worst consequences if she is turned out.  She has not worked in 25 years, crashes the cars robs his accounts and berates and shrieks until he collapses. They have been divorced for 25 years, married about 5 years before. She will not go for government assistance at all. At every juncture, her attempted suicides, screaming, threatening, demanding and refusing to leave has been a living hell for Brian.  He has now broken. His doctor said do something now or he won't be here. He needs help to keep his business at least minimally open, with my help, but I'm 78, retired and on fixed income, while he goes in for a minimum of 45 days and more to try to get a grasp back on life and finally have a life.

His treatment is crucial for his emotional recovery and in fact for his life and allow him to regain his confidence, perhaps even find a bit of happiness after these 30 years of nothing less than torture.
