My name is Eva, I’m 31 and I was diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia with atypia (pre uterine cancer), I am doing hormone therapy with the hopes of still being able to have a child of my own. If treatment doesn’t work I will need a hysterectomy. 
I am a single female that takes care of my disabled mom and 13 year old nephew. I want to be able to continue treatment or get surgery if need be so they have someone to continue taking care of them and so I can see my nephew grow. 

Treatment and checkups are costly, with the monthly ultrasounds and the biopsies to make sure it has not progressed. 
I am asking for any help. Anything is appreciated.
